The Job

Our client is looking for a Sales Support Assistance to join the team

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the enterprise sales team in Japan with administrative tasks, such as order processing, account management, etc.
• Translating and proofreading websites, marketing material, and emails.
• Communicating with customers in Japan to resolve any issues or inquiries they may have.
• Drafting email templates for prospecting new leads and nurturing existing clientele.
• Performing searches to data mine contacts in order to prepare target lists for the enterprise sales team. 
• Performing market research on industry trends to provide insight to the enterprise sales teams on potential targets.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You are willing to work as an independent contractor/freelancer and able to commit between 40- 80 hours/month.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles preferred.
• Fluent in Japanese and English in order to translate websites, marketing material, and emails.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You have strong organizational and time-management skills.
• You are detail-oriented and able to work independently.
