The Job

Our client is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join the team

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Providing sales support to subsidiary companies by coordinating matters relating to Migrant Domestic Workers.
• Checking of company track sheets and communications.
• Coordinating appointments and counseling sessions.
• Collecting and liaising payments.
• Purchasing of insurance for migrant domestic workers.
• Applying for work passes and arrival cards for migrant domestic workers.
• Coordinating the flight details of migrant domestic workers.
• Coordinating the arrival of migrant domestic workers.
• Coordinating SIP, medical, and thumbprint.
• Handling complaints/returns and emergency cases.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You are meticulous and have thorough attention to detail.
• You are customer service oriented.
• You must be willing to work 5.5 days per week.
• You are able to work well under pressure.
• You are able to communicate effectively and listen actively.
• You have sales experience will be advantageous.
