The Job

Responsibilities:

  • Meet the day-to-day needs of hybrid, live, and virtual events for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, venues suppliers, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event management, client management and crew management
  • Distribute project management documentation to relevant stakeholders promptly.
  • Prepare prospect pitch proposals, budgets, timelines and other event/project deliverables.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report outcomes, implementing improvement plans.
  • Support and mentor the team effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely budget development, tracking, reconciliation and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the sales and revenue forecast relating to project management and event services.
  • Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the event industry or related experience.
  • Detailed, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a flair in customer servicing a must
  • Good client relations skills
  • Manage multiple projects, work well under pressure, within tight timelines and able to work well individually and as a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel) and Google Workspace applications
  • Candidates with prior experience in events management, platform management and/or customer servicing preferred.
  • Good communication and written skills
