The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals
  • Build and manage good relationship with new and existing clienteles
  • Creating official quotation with estimate software
  • Provide mentorship and training to own sales team members
  • Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
  • Handling client project enquiries on specifications and lead-time
  • Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation
  • Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
  • Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project related
  • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Ideal Candidate

  • Min. 3 years of sales experience in a similar trade (Large Format Printing, Events and Exhibition Builder)
  • Sales track records in corporate account servicing for our industry
  • Familiar with the preparation of official quotation with standard online template
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
  • High-level communication and networking skills
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
  • Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designer, production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project
  • Have not attended any salary support programme such as PCP, PnT, etc.
