The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day operations and monitoring of all facilities’ equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintenance of building’s facilities operations and provide technical input on gaps/improvement.
• Carrying out preventive maintenance for various mechanical & electrical equipment (s), but not limited to: Electrical Systems, Fire Protection and Detection Systems, HVAC Systems, Building Management System & Centralised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Environment Monitoring System, Compressed Air Systems, Plumbing & Sanitary system, Security system and FM soft services.
• Sourcing and evaluating vendors / contractors on preventive maintenance or rectification to resolve facilities issues.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance schedule of all facilities’ equipment is adhered and completed, which include contractors adhering and delivering their services.
• Conducting timely inspections of all facility & building equipment(s) and ensure it’s proper functionality.
• Working closely with various function to meet quality, regulatory, safety, operation and maintenance requirement.
• Maintenance of statutory licenses and authority submission
• Performing of Fire Safety Manager role for the premise.

Ideal Candidate

• You have Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facilities Management).
• You have 3 years of relevant experience in facility/building maintenance.
• Process of Fire Safety Manager and management of hazardous substances certificate is preferred.
• You display good WSH behavior.
