Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- 2yrs + recruitment experience in an agency environment
- Fluent in English language
- Great communication & interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Ideally some 360 experience / exposure in dealing with clients
- Experience within any discipline across Power & Renewables sector is a huge advantage!
- The ability to interact and build credibility & strong relationships across all levels of the organisation & external stakeholders.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
