The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises.
• Liaise with the customer and subcontractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities.
• Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met.
• Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault.
• To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You should possess a Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc.
• With good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license. Stand-by duty is required.
• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial industry.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
