The Job

Our client is looking for a Service Supervisor (Automotive) to join the team

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and leading a team of service advisors to achieve the monthly KPIs.
• Conducting group meetings with service advisors for improvements in daily operations and customer service.
• Supporting frontline operations when necessary to ensure overall excellent customer service.
• Interacting with customers on car servicing, repairing, and test-drives-related matters.
• Performing administrative duties such as invoicing, internal and warranty billing, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Assisting the department to achieve overall business objectives.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

• You must be a diploma holder in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience with supervisory skills.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• You have computer literacy with good communication and interpersonal skills.
