The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Rebate Administration for All Leth Agencies Clients.
- Manage clients contact and updates to be made to Company’s CRM/management.
- Facilitate smooth arrangement of daily delivery/collection requirements.
- Attending and resolving of customers’ queries/feedbacks.
- General admin duties, such as answering calls, filing and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in the related field (shipping, maritime)
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Words, and Excel5. Immediate/short notice availability
- You are a strong team player
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
