The Job

The social media & Production Intern will be working closely with the Account Managers, Creative Team and Production Crew in handling activities ranging from online research for specific topics or products, creation of presentation decks, analysis of specific social media accounts, content creation as well as being on shoot to assist with the production set up. The social media & Production Intern will be involved and fully participate in the routine Weekly Training which serves to level up the skills of all our staff. The ideal candidate is someone who is curious and has a keen interest or a native understanding of digital resources.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in production shoots on video and photography sets 
  • Assist in virtual webinars and symposiums as per role assigned by the Project Manager
  • Utilize available templates to maintain google docs, slides and sheets related to account activities
  • Research on the specific topic or subject and locate sample images, videos or gifs based on the brief from Account Managers
  • Creation of Google forms based on the brief from Account Managers
  • Tracking of activation campaign and creation of the draft reports
  • Manage day-to-day social media content under the guidance of Account Managers
  • Writing copy and drafting of assigned social media posts

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Tertiary education in the following disciplines or equivalent: Digital Branding, Social Media Strategies, Audio Visual Technology, Film, Sound and Video, Mass Communication, Multimedia and Animation, Web design
  • Good understanding of Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides)
  • Positive attitude with a hunger for learning and getting your hands dirty in a fast-paced environment
