The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team and be responsible for:

• Developing social media content (videos & infographics) in conjunction with our Graphic Designer and in line with brand plans & business priorities.
• Scheduling content distribution (buffer) and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Brainstorming content ideas, creating creative and engaging infographics & videos, and managing the weekly content calendar.
• Implementing social media initiatives to boost candidates acquisition across different social media through viral campaigns, activities across specialist groups, etc.
• Tracking social media engagement & activity.
• Providing ideas & inputs on new initiatives to leverage social media for candidate acquisition across 40+ countries.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• You have a degree from a top-tier university and at least 2 years of experience within Social Media management, ideally within a fast growing startup or a top tier agency.
• Prior experience dealing with a global audience would be a strong plus
• You are social media-savvy and have experience across multiple platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
• You have excellent writing skills in English and can create engaging content for infographics.
• You are creative, possess strong attention to detail, and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are a strong team player and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
• You are reliable, disciplined, can work autonomously and thrive in a full remote environment
