The Job

You are responsible for :

• Installing and maintaining ICT Solutions in networking and contact center settings.
• Conducting first level troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Assisting in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations
• Supporting network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance.
• Assisting customers in patch updates as well as printing and submitting reports.
• Coordinating job requests and updating the project manager on all related project matters.
• Ensuring all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.
• Developing application for contact centre.

The Profile

• You have a Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in a related field.
• This role is open to fresh graduates. Training will be provided.
• You possess knowledge of the programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and Dot NET.
• You are familiar with Web Applications: Angular, HTML, CSS and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SDLC Project Delivery, Spring & Agile Methodology is required for the role.
• Having an understanding of IT infrastructure, networking setup and Contact Center environment will be added advantage.
• You have effective communication skills with the ability to manage project stakeholders
• You are highly adaptable and willing to learn new technologies as they come
