The Job

As a Strategic Sales Planning Analyst, you will be reporting directly to the group’s Chief Sales Officer, you will be a key strategic member of the HQ Sales Team, working with the entire company's Sales organization & the leadership team. This role would support the company's internal business development & account management teams with metrics & reporting, data governance & management, as well as process analysis & improvement.

You will be responsible for :

  • Preparing analysis and providing insights on important Key Performance Indicators and metrics for Sales Performance (across different products), Merchant Performance, Team Productivity
  • Reviewing and ensuring continuous improvement of Sales & Account Management processes and procedures based on merchant life cycle
  • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth and support the building of business cases for new product offerings
  • Being a subject matter expert for the Sales & Account Management teams for compensation, processes & procedures, and product information
  • Coordinating cross-functional initiatives with Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Operations
  • Participating in review and execution of compensation structure design, target setting, and incentives

 

The Profile

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analysis, Sales Strategy, Management Consulting role would be a strong advantage
  • You hold a Business degree (preferably with an MBA) from a top educational institution
  • You are proficient in Google Suite with strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Qliksense (or similar data analytics platform) would be an advantage
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to liaise with clients
  • You have good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a knack for numbers & data
  • You have proactiveness, driveness, and proven ability to learn fast and deliver exceptional results
  • You can work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
  • You have a strong desire to get things done in a highly cross-functional & collaborative environment, and good team-working skills.
