The Job
As Supply Chain Financial Analyst, you will assist the Director of the Supply Chain and Finance team on day to day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Audit requests regarding PO/Inbound and inventory value.
- Value and report on the financial value of inbound shipments/POs/inventory.
- Assist in the Invoicing process with suppliers.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure all POs and inbound inventory flow through our backend/ERP systems with GAAP Accounting principles in mind.
- Synthesize problems and report/suggest improvements to the Director of the Supply Chain and Finance team.
- Generate, analyze and leverage data and insights to identify opportunities to improve backend/ERP systems and financial processes.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 Years of Experience in an accounting or financial analyst role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a GAAP-compliant accounting role.
- At least 1 Year of in-depth Experience with an ERP system such as NetSuite or Fulfil (Fulfil experience a HUGE plus). Experience with 3rd Party Logistics Operations Mastery of Google Suite and advanced Excel/Sheets knowledge (must have)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedures.
- Strong communication skills
- Very tech-savvy and experienced implementing technical solutions that enhance the operations department.
- A proactive and collaborative approach; you love working with people and people love working with you.
- Analytical mindset with a solid ability to compile, analyze, and report data.
- Can speak Mandarin in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
