The Job
Your Responsibilities will includes:
- Engage with Customer Service, inventory, freight, warehouse, and procurement departments to ensure products availability for order processing.
- Carry a cellular phone and laptop for remote access afterhours and on weekends.
- Process customer orders.
- Communicate with Customer Service department of necessary information concerning delivery status of orders.
- Consistent checking and monitoring of vessel’s schedule with customer’s appointed agents.
- Update all relevant details into the customer orders.
- Plan and schedule drivers for deliveries.
- Monitor the efficiency of the driver’s utilization to ensure cost efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You shall have a Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Operations Management with a minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
