The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Aligning IT operations with service agreement standards
• Providing PC support and installation on both hardware and software
• Performing data backup and operational batch processing tasks
• Checking on logs and service dashboards to monitor, maintain and ensure system availability
• Conducting UAT testing and tracking improvement implemented for enhancement of software quality
• Reviewing and maintaining Windows OS, network and O365 updates for any vulnerability
• Scheduling for patching/upgrading to keep applications up-to-date
• Administering IT helpdesk support function for office users

The Profile

• You have a Diploma in IT or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in IT support
• You have a strong understanding of IT operations, technology and maintaining computer network systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Windows OS is required
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills
• You are able to work independently with minimal supervision
• You demonstrate a positive learning attitude
