The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Posting advertisements on Job Portals
  • Performing administrative duties pertaining to recruitment, keeping proper accounts and maintaining proper recruitment database
  • Shortlisting and contacting all interviews and arranging subsequent interviews with respective managers
  • Build strong relationships with internal candidates and hiring managers
  • Training up new staff
  • Managing day-to-day candidate sourcing activities through various sourcing channels and administrative tasks
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Candidate must possess a Full-time Diploma / A-level in any field
  • No work experience required, Training will be provider
  • Positive, fun and friendly working environment
