The Job

Your Responsibilities will include: 

  • You will target hiring companies in developing new digital capabilities for omni-channel marketing, tech-enabled operations, intelligence business, and secured modern workplace.
  • You will also target digital enterprises segment with total talents solutions including talents acquisition, contingent workforce, talents incubation, and talents development consulting.
  • You will be expected to provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates, sourcing suitable candidates for roles and match them to job specifications and client requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required: 

  • At least a University graduate
  • Minimum 2 years B2B infocomm solutions sales and/or talents recruitment experience in Tech industry
  • Working exposure in tech start-up will be an advantage
  • Network/familiarity within the tech industry is advantageous
  • Must be from a recruitment technology background with exposure to handling IT domain (Technology Infrastructure, Data Analytics, ERP systems)
  • Expertise in Admissions would be highly valuable.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
