The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

 

  • Prioritize and drive resolution of customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Be the first point of contact for supporting our enterprise customers and partners
  • Dig into customer code to resolve bugs
  • Have a deep understanding of the Magic SDK and how to integrate it into different languages and frameworks, such as React.js
  • Drive relationships with customers by understanding their technical and business objectives and addressing their challenges accordingly
  • Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally and continuously iterate to provide the best customer experience
  • Evangelize and educate customers on our existing products and new product launches
  • Develop and iterate on processes, tools, communication channels, and documentation to enable the best possible customer experience at scale
  • Track customer feedback and feature requests

 

Ideal Candidate

Key competencies:

 

  • A self-starter who thrives in a challenging and varied workflow environment
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React (experience with web3.js is a plus)
  • A customer-first mindset with natural empathy
  • Eagerness to learn more about customers and their needs
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A love for learning, teaching, and diving deep into the bottom of things
  • Comfort with shifting gears multiple times throughout the day
  • Experience working with Zendesk or other helpdesk tools
  • Familiarity with blockchain, Ethereum, and web3 concepts is a plus
