The Job
Key responsibilities areas:
- Prioritize and drive resolution of customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Be the first point of contact for supporting our enterprise customers and partners
- Dig into customer code to resolve bugs
- Have a deep understanding of the Magic SDK and how to integrate it into different languages and frameworks, such as React.js
- Drive relationships with customers by understanding their technical and business objectives and addressing their challenges accordingly
- Advocate customer needs cross-departmentally and continuously iterate to provide the best customer experience
- Evangelize and educate customers on our existing products and new product launches
- Develop and iterate on processes, tools, communication channels, and documentation to enable the best possible customer experience at scale
- Track customer feedback and feature requests
Ideal Candidate
Key competencies:
- A self-starter who thrives in a challenging and varied workflow environment
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React (experience with web3.js is a plus)
- A customer-first mindset with natural empathy
- Eagerness to learn more about customers and their needs
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A love for learning, teaching, and diving deep into the bottom of things
- Comfort with shifting gears multiple times throughout the day
- Experience working with Zendesk or other helpdesk tools
- Familiarity with blockchain, Ethereum, and web3 concepts is a plus
