The Job

This is a fully remote role and hence we are looking for the most talented candidate- no matter where you are based. This role is ideal for talented designers who enjoy working with flexibility and can take strong accountability for their deliverables.

You will work closely with the marketing as well as technology teams to support them in the creation of attractive & engaging designs for our platform, website, social media, reports & sales collateral. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Taking a "design brief" from the business & product teams
• Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
• Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhering to style standards on fonts, colours and images

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

• You have prior experience within Graphic & UI Design and a strong portfolio of design work. Experience in UX Design within a startup would be a plus.
• You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You can work independently & are a strong team player who can thrive in a remote team.
