The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Transfer goods to finished goods store
• Transfer goods to retail store
• Operate heavy machinery like forklift to move or store goods
• Work with logistic and forwarder for goods receiving and delivery
• Perform stocktaking
• Routing check on inventory and report on missing / damaged goods
• Manage stores, ensure good housekeeping
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft office)
• Email handling with Forwarders and suppliers
• Possess a valid forklift and driving license is a bonus!
• Able to communicate in mandarin is a plus with Chinese customers
• High level of positive attitude and willingness to learn is of highest importance
• Meticulous administration of warehouse records
• Ability to Follow-up and build supplier relationship
• Retail Executive and Procurement
• Warehouse Supervisor
