The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Liaising with 3PL on receiving goods at the warehouse, planning and optimising space to cater for stocks storage.
• Generating orders or picklist for picking and packing to fulfil customers orders
• Implementing procedures to improve workflow and ensuring a high level of productivity and reduction of lead time
• Activating cycle count weekly to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Liaising with transporters for last-mile delivery.
• Being the point of escalation between internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing staff performance and training junior team members to achieve targets collectively
• Planning manpower needs for annual e-commerce peak business activity period

The Profile

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in eCommerce logistics operations with 1 years’ of supervisory experience
• Exposure to ERP system and WMS is an added advantage
• You possess strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• You have good people management, interpersonal and communication skills
• You are result-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments
