The Job
In this role, you will be supporting marketing operations to generate engagement, brand exposure, membership acquisition and revenue that will be directed to social impact causes.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for :
- Overseeing content design and copywriting across: Social Media, Social Selling, Email Marketing, Event Listing, and Marketing Collaterals.
- Working closely with Membership, Capital Mobilisation, and Partnerships Teams on marketing plans for research & major initiatives and ensure proper graphic design and branding across all platforms.
- Supporting large-scale events throughout the Asia Pacific region including smaller monthly webinars, convenings, and workshops.
- Liaising with country representatives to ensure consistency of the brand presence and design across the region
- Collecting monthly performance metrics and lead improvement tracks by liaising with business units and digital team
- Working with marketing partners and members for increased visibility and targeted campaigns and reciprocate with delivering their campaigns effectively
- Investigating and evaluating new marketing technology tools that might be of use
- Delivering strategic implementation, campaign and channel planning, reporting, and improvement for your areas of responsibility.
The Profile
- You have a degree in Marketing, Design or Business-related subject or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, graphic design, direct mail marketing, and similar.
- It will be ideal if you have experience in professional services marketing, services marketing, non-profit marketing, or at a marketing agency.
- You have expertise in Graphic Design as well as social media tools and creating ads.
- You are analytical and can leverage findings to optimise social media activities
- You are detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple requests
- You are organised and constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- You have a strong curiosity about new marketing technology tools
