The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Generating new business opportunity through various means, driving merchant recruitment and ensuring they are on-boarded smoothly
- Ensuring highest ROI for merchants’ programme optimisation
- Preparing sales presentations and proposals as well as performance reports for merchants
- Building strong relationships with merchants through regular follow-up and engagement
- Documenting and communicating merchant objectives and delivery requirements clearly across the team and ensure its execution
- Implementing initiatives to drive higher sale performance
- Being a thought leader in the industry to educate and influence partners
- Developing merchant category industry standards and principles guide for recruitment of new merchants in the region
The Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- You have at least 2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing and Sales / Business Development within Retail, Marketing / Media or similar industry
- You ideally have experience in affiliate networks or e-Commerce platforms
- You are familiar with Excel, PowerPoint & Social Media and have an understanding of various web technologies
- You have outstanding communication and quantitative skills
- You are proactive and have the drive to excel in whatever you do.
- You are highly organised and pay meticulous attention to detail
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are able to nurture strong working relationships across global teams
