SO-COL – Marketing and Project Management Intern

We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Marketing and Project Management Intern to join our team. The intern will be working closely with our marketing and community team, as well as the business development leaders for white label projects.

Key goals of the position include growing the user and creator base of SO-COL’s community management platform and managing white label projects for corporates.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-driven and motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Clear communication skills within team and with clients
• Good interpersonal skills to handle international stakeholders
• Adaptable in working in a fast-moving and dynamic web3 environment
• Have interest or prior knowledge in web3
• Open to work schedule beyond office hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted to either web2 or web3 community
• Strategize and execute customer acquisition plans for SO-COL community management platform
• Supporting business development lead in white label projects, including understanding client’s requirements, executing NFT launch and marketing projects from end to end, and preparing client’s report

Qualifications:

• Minimum education qualification: Bachelor degree
• Work experience in web3, tech, startup, or marketing and project management functions would be advantageous
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in high pressure situations
• Time management and general organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills (including working with electronic communication and interpersonal communication skills)
• Singapore-based only

Salary:

• SGD 1000 / month

We are a dynamic start-up company with a workforce all over the world. Someone with a flexible working schedule and open mindset is essential (after hour conference calls to be expected). Attendance at the physical office will likely be rotational. We are also open to hiring on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
