Job Description
- Provide first level support to resolve technical issues, end user support
- Inventorying IT Equipment
- Imaging and deploying computers to end users
- Create and update technical networking and end user documentation
- Hardware and software troubleshooting (desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices)
- Network troubleshooting
- Other work as asisgned
