We are seeking a talented and versatile web developer who excels in web design and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end web technologies and have a keen eye for creating visually appealing web site that align with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Web Design & Development
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites using custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Ensure website content is engaging, up-to-date, and optimised for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Perform regular website maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
- Implement best practices for website performance, SEO, and security.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience in web design and development, with a portfolio showcasing projects.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end knowledge (Node.js, etc).
- Experience creating responsive, mobile-friendly web designs.
- Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and website security.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.
- Creative thinking, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Responsive to queries and a reliable team player.
- Able to communicate clearly in English.
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles, wire-framing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) and A/B testing.
- Understanding of API integrations.
- Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative tools (e.g., Trello, Slack).
