Job Description
We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in executing projects, taking initiatives to drive work improvement and working in teams. The HR intern will support the APAC HR Director and will be working closely with other HR teams to improve process performance, increase productivity, and enhance new hire experience at Sodexo.
Main assignments:
- Assist in various HR projects and engagement initiatives
- Support Diversity & Inclusion projects when required
- Support Learning & Development projects when required
- Assist in the development of various HR policies
- Support on HR administration: prepare letters, filing and other documents when required, improve the server filing system
- Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree/Master in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Social Science (Psychology)
- Positive work attitude
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the field of HR!
