The Global Market Analyst will be responsible for supporting Engineering and Construction Projects (ECP) Management in the development and the strategy of the segment and contribute actively to a new growth mindset across the Engineering and Construction Projects sub-segment target market.
Your responsibilities will be as following:
§ Understand the roles of the main players and the dynamic of the ECP global market
§ Articulate the characteristics of ECP projects to develop a baseline understanding of the global segment across Sodexo organization
§ Transform the accumulation and update of information in decision support tools for ECP management and ENR global strategy
§ Create useful dynamic business oriented information documents for the ECP community across the different geographies
§ Lead the Sales pipeline process and the community in-charge inside ECP global segment
§ Transform the Sale pipeline raw information into a dynamic and business oriented tool for ECP management and ECP teams across the geographies
§ Understand and trace Competitors activities and strategic moves
§ Support 3 and 5 years plan and business trajectory
§ Follow and manage the ECP industry “Universe” projects to qualified list of projects
§ Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams inside ENR, Service Platforms and all the Transversal functions across different geographies
§ Work transversally and internally with relevant teams for the implementation of CRM in ECP
§ Support ECP management team in digital tools and LinkedIn business presence in the ECP clients world
Profile
§ Relevant Market Analyst experience within multiple dimensions (internal and external clients, geographies…)
§ Demonstrated ability to produce business practical outcomes to support the development and growth ambition
§ Interest for Engineering and Construction business/markets
§ Strong ability to collect data from a vast array of information, synthetize them and create business outcomes
§ Strong influencing skill to work transversally and nurture ECP ambition inside the organization
§ Excellent project management skills
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills
§ Energetic, self-driven and result-oriented
§ Fluent in English is a must, another language would be a plus
§ Able to travel occasionally to support the business
