Job Description

The Human Resource Function of Sodexo Singapore is looking for an energetic and self-motivated graduate student intern to streamline and set up processes for one of our sub function at HQ.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have good multitasking and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Work Pass Renewal Related deliverables
  • Management of renewal notices from WPOL & EPOL
  • Coordination to trigger renewal through employment agency
  • Keeping track of each individual renewals and ensuring renewal on time
  • Submitting new applications to MOM for work pass downgrades
  • Raising Sodexo Personnel Action Form (PAF) for any changes required to complete renewal and ensuring approval from each required parties
  • Liaising directly with business leads for LOC renewal and submitting renewal through EPOL/PLOC E-notification page
  • Finance Reporting
  • Reporting of Foreign Worker Levy costing report to each respective sites and coordinating with Finance for processing by mid-month
  • Processing invoices received for statutory activities.
  • Uniforms for site
  • Responsible for issuance of uniforms to site & Employees
  • Ensure stock taking at periodic interval and managing reorder request
  • Mediclaim
  • Ensure processing of the claims received from employee and updates at interval
  • Any other project or work assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of HR and management function.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent individual with self-motivated mentality
  • Strong ownership of outcomes and takes pride in his/her work
  • Meticulous with attention to detail
  • Proficient interpersonal skills and ability to interface with senior leaders
