Job Description

The main focus on the role will be talent acquisition, recruitment to ensure onboarding of high quality talent across operations at the site level in food services, F&B space including the frontline hiring.

The Talent Acquisition Executive will partner and support the organization (people, process, strategy & structure) for Sodexo Singapore. The main focus of the role will be Talent Acquisition, recruitment to ensure the onboarding of high quality talent across operations and support functions in the Foodservices, F&B space. 

The incumbent will be responsible for all strategic recruiting related initiatives including job board relationships, external education on recruitment strategies, sourcing strategy creation, innovation in internet and social media sourcing and appropriate brand presence in the internet /recruiting marketplace. He/ She will where required, form solid working relationship with recruitment vendors networks across in the marketplace. 

Responsibilities:

· Manage the end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing of resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and participating in selection process.

· Source candidates through portals, headhunting, social media and the internal referral program.

· Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates so as to have a quick turnaround time.

· Develop and support recruiting activities that build relationships with internal groups to ensure that diverse recruiting resources are tapped into.

· Researches trends in recruitment techniques and track hiring results on designated recruiting events and job postings.

· Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates

· Develop, support and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting and internship programs as required

· Conduct required background/reference checks for prospective candidates.

· Talent acquisition reporting and analysis as and when required.

· Facilitate proactive business partnerships with key business leaders and hiring managers to gain inputs and support for the acquisition of high quality talent to the business.

· Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions, measures to improve employee retention etc.

· Support the implementation of overall recruitment strategy across Singapore business.
