Recruitment Executive (3 Months Contract)
- Manage the end to end recruitment process which includes sourcing of resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and participating in selection process.
- Source candidates through portals, headhunting, social media and the internal referral program.
- Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates so as to have a quick turnaround time.
- Develop and support recruiting activities that build relationships with internal groups to ensure that diverse recruiting resources are tapped into.
- Researches trends in recruitment techniques and track hiring results on designated recruiting events and job postings.
- Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates
- Develop, support and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting and internship programs as required
- Conduct required background/reference checks for prospective candidates.
- Talent acquisition reporting and analysis as and when required.
- Facilitate proactive business partnerships with key business leaders and hiring managers to gain inputs and support for the acquisition of high quality talent to the business
- Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions, measures to improve employee retention etc.
- Support the implementation of overall recruitment strategy across Singapore business.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree with qualification in HR Management.
- Experience in handling large/mass volume of recruitment in F&B/Hospitality/
- Good knowledge of Local Employment Act and Labour Laws Industry and Market Knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Confident and good presentation Skills
- Proficient in Office Applications
