As our Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that front office operations are carried out according to established standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Check all guests list and provide best possible guest service standard.
  • Answering the guest questions and requirement during their stay.
  • Facilitate guests' check in and check out experience.
  • Ensure cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Confident speaking skills
  • Computer literate and hotel applications
  • Enthusiastic, spontaneous and empathic

To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will also bring with you a passion for food, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.

Job Description
  • prepare breads and bread baskets or trays, condiments and crackers, sugar bowls or caddies, salt and pepper shakers and grinders
  • fold napkins, prepare service trays for servers
  • prepare chilled forks and plates as required, stock ashtrays and matches
  • set up the water station and water pitchers
  • prepare ice buckets and ice bucket stands
  • prepare and serve beverages: coffee, hot tea, iced tea, hot chocolate, etc.
  • set up, maintain and take down the salad bar
  • prepare table for service and maintain tables clear and reset tables
