Learn and follow established cleaning procedures and standards to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Assist in the daily cleaning of assigned rooms and areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
Handle and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in a safe and efficient manner.
Learn to identify and report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.
Practice effective time management and organization to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and guest confidentiality.
Collaborate with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless guest experience and contribute to a positive work environment.
