As our Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that front office operations are carried out according to established standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Check all guests list and provide best possible guest service standard.
- Answering the guest questions and requirement during their stay.
- Facilitate guests' check in and check out experience.
- Ensure cash equivalents are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Confident speaking skills
- Computer literate and hotel applications
- Enthusiastic, spontaneous and empathic
To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand. You will also bring with you a passion for food, excellent organisational skills as well as communication skills, be results orientated with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Previous experience in a five-star environment is desirable, and above all else, pride yourself on ability to build relationships and guest experiences epitomising French elegance, style and sophistication.

- Support the Talent & Culture leader to ensure that the hotel has the right talent in the right role;
- Engage in processes in finding talent insider and outside the organization;
- Coordinate selection and recruitment of Supervisory and Front Line positions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience;
- Filing all documents
- Help to coordinate activities for attracting talent to the hotel;
- Assist to maintain relationships with local schools and colleges;
- Engage in social media to promote the hotel as the best place to work;
- Compile monthly articles for publication in internal communication network.
- Any other adhoc job that assign by Manager.
