Accounting Intern (3 To 6 Months)

Commitment Period: 3 to 6 months
Working Hours: 8am to 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
- (i.e. Team A or B arrangement, alternate between working in office and from home)
Work Location: 14 Tractor Road (Caterpillar building)*
*Free shuttle bus provided to & fro from Boon Lay
What you will get to do & learn?
- Working closely with the Finance Manager to review and collate expense reports for invoices;
- Consolidate budget input for the financial controller and have an insight of what the annual business plan process is like;
- Perform analysis of the actuals against budgets;
- Prepare reports for internal Group reporting;
- Support queries from Group Finance;
- Ensure implementation of best practices and controls;
- Intercompany invoicing;
Who we are looking for?
- Students pursuing their Diploma or Degree.
- Preferably students from the Accounting or Finance faculties.
- Fast learner and can work independently with minimum supervision
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup and various formulas) and Power Point. Analytical.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
