Job Title: Mechatronics/Computer Science Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team for an internship. The successful candidate will be a mechatronics or computer science student who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in reverse engineering and product development.
Responsibilities:
- Reverse engineering a sub-metering device that controls and measures the flow of electricity in-line.
- Develop software to monetize usage of the sub-metering device.
- Design an auto-locking outlet cover to enhance safety measures for the sub-metering device.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the device meets the required specifications.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a mechatronics or computer science program at a university.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers and PCB design is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
