Events & Marketing

As an Events and Marketing intern, your job is to put together a marketing plan for an upcoming product event in Malaysia and Indonesia. We will require you to work locally in Singapore during your internship and spend a day or two in the two countries to help oversee the event. Planning for pre and post event press releases, coordinating with venues and inviting the media and guests will be part of your work scope.

You will working alongside the senior management and marketing our brands. This internship is the real deal and it will expose you to various aspects of marketing, such as conceptualising the marketing strategy, planning the schedule of activities and implementing the marketing plan. These are things you may have come across in your textbooks, in between missing lectures and skipping tutorials. However, they do play a big part in our work, and you will get your hands dirty and you will learn a great deal.

We believe that this job requires, just as in life, a strong willingness to learn, good adaptability, humility, a pleasant personality, perseverance and of course, a good sense of humour. Most importantly, we need our interns to have initiative, and are self-starting. Oh, on an academic front, it would be preferable if you are majoring in Marketing, Communications, PR or your interest lies in generating brand awareness.
