L1 Technical Support Engineer (5 months Temp/Intern)
Specific Responsibilities:
- Learn to provide/handle technical support for resolution of systems problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries raised by clients for the projects.
- Liaise with other support teams, project teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Write proper documentation and notification.
Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Active participation in learning and handling technical support for systems issues, incidents, requests and queries by clients
- How to engage and communicate with internal stakeholders and/or Clients
- Gain practical experience in using specialised systems / servers
