Job Description
Skills, experience, and knowledge
•Sound experience in the Travel and Tourism industry
•Knowledge of South Australia’s tourism product
•Knowledge of international product requirements and the distribution system
•Experience in promoting tourism destinations
•Well developed verbal and written communication skills
•Analytical and problem solving skills
•Sound organisational, planning and promotional skills
•Ability to work within a team, be self-motivated, to work with minimum supervision as well as take direction
•Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
•Experience in dealing and communicating with the tourism industry at all levels
•Experience in organising functions, trade shows or similar events
•Ability to determine priorities, and organise workloads accordingly
