- Monday to Friday Only; Office Hours
- Somerset MRT
- Attend to all visitors including tenants and their guests in a professional manner and provide quality service
- Be familiar and well-versed with the floor plan, facilities and available services to assist with tenants/guest requests
- Handle complains and suggestions with professionalism
- Day to day maintain and update database management
- Administrating all written or verbal feedback from the desk
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC/HIGHER NITEC / DIPLOMA
- Prior working experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
- Possess good work attitude and communication skills
