Job Description

We are looking for a highly-motivated product and business-savvy intern to work on the next major breakthrough product in eCommerce that we are embarking upon. You’re perfect for this role if you are passionate about eCommerce and like incubating an idea into a product.  As you settle in to this role, you will play the role of a-

•       Product evangelist – Understand product from a business and technical perspective, assess functionalities from an end-user standpoint and suggest improvements during different phases of development.

•       Project stakeholder- Work in tandem with the business and technology team to understand product roadmap, manage timelines, gather and follow-up on actions from business-technical review discussions.

•       Business process architect – Work with multitude of teams within the Singpost group including technology, warehousing, delivery, finance, legal and tax to create aligned business process flows

•       Marketing content creator - Create content for product marketing and sales through market insights, surveys, interviews and customer feedback. Work with UI/UX team to build and optimize marketing website, upload and manage content. Plan in organizing various marketing campaigns such as roadshows as well as post-campaign analysis of results.

•       Sales rep  - Work directly with the Sales and business development team in delivering content for presentations and analysis during the on boarding of new customers
