Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our premium furniture store team. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to our marketing efforts. This position offers hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and retail operations within a high-end furniture environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and detailed estimates and quotations for customers.
  • Greet and engage customers in-store, helping them select furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Support the sales process by maintaining updated records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Assist with showroom organization, ensuring furniture displays are attractive and align with brand standards.
  • Participate in marketing tasks, including creating promotional content, updating social media channels, and assisting with email campaigns.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Help with administrative tasks such as maintaining inventory lists, tracking deliveries, and filing documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the sales or marketing team.
