Job Description

Responsible for improving the experiences customers have on the online platform, as well as offline. 

Would design the lifecycle of a company product, receive and evaluate customer feedback as well as monitor all processes that come into direct contact with the customer, together with the co-founding and product team. 

Be the first and last responsible one when it comes to customer evaluation and feedback, therefore, he/she has the unprecedented freedom of analysis when it comes to redesigning an existing service or product.

Strength the existing relationship with strategic business partners and establish new ones.
