Job Description

The Role

As the Account Executive, you will mostly work on coordinating new orders (seeing projects from start to finish), maintaining relationships with current clients, and assisting with business development and other online + offline marketing initiatives to impact our bottom line. 

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced in working with clients and likes seeing a project from start to finish
  • Time-sensitive, client-focused with a sense of urgency 
  • A people-person and an excellent communicator. You are patient and have an eye for detail when working with clients to make their swag, and you are very responsive (during office hours).
  • Problem solver - loves to help clients solve their problems and maintain relationship with them
  • Creative and thoughtful, so preferably you know a bit of design 
  • Has a genuine interest in merchandise and providing quality items 
  • Lastly, you should be positive, humble, is a go-getter with a growth mindset.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing/account management and/or working with clients. More experienced candidates will be considered Account Manager. 
  • Experience working in a startup/self-starting environment is preferred, but not a must
  • Experience working in B2B sales/account management is preferred, but not a must
  • Excellent written and spoken English, a plus if you can write/communicate in Chinese
  • Highly preferred skills: CRM software (i.e. Hubspot), Canva, Notion
  • Additional skills that are highly preferred: photoshop, design
  • Must have the right to work in Malaysia
