Speedoc is seeking to fill an internship role with the Marketing team. The priority team is based in Singapore, with offices in Malaysia and Bali. Candidates will be given the opportunity to learn and work in the dynamic world of healthcare and telemedicine.
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently while under the mentorship of the Marketing Lead.
What will you be involved in?
1. Design (Graphic Design / Film & Editing)
To assist with graphic design work across platforms and be able to film and edit short videos as content. (Please attach link to portfolio in resume)
2. Marketing
Support marketing lead and regional team with the promotion, logistics and execution of upcoming campaigns, promotions and events
3. Social Media Management and Content Creation
Support the team lead in daily tasks as needed, in particular working social media campaigns and content across platforms to promote Speedoc and our services. This includes scheduling of posts, filming & editing short social media videos, crafting captions and monitoring comments.
4. Campaign Cohesion
Assist senior leadership with daily activities and execution of brand marketing and communications campaigns and new initiatives.
5. Interdepartmental alignment
Work closely with other departments to source and align materials, such as new content etc.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Design or Marketing related courses
- Fluency in written English and communication skills are a must
- Must be familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva
- We are looking for a candidate who can commit to starting an internship with us for a minimum of 3 months on a full-time basis (Mondays to Fridays, 9 am-6 pm)
- Only full-time internship applicants will be considered

- Independent and self-motivated, with good end-to-end ownership of projects

- Self-driven, hardworking and coachable
- Familiar with all social media platforms and constantly up to date with the latest trends and topics
