With 3 engines of growth across B2G, B2B, and B2C, we are seeking a highly independent talent to join our Product Design Team.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently hiring a passionate, user centered UI/UX Design Intern to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to deliver the following:
Support the Design and Product Team in creating and executing designs and requests.
Collaborating effectively with Product, Engineering, and Management teams.
Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience.
Translate creative briefs to design concepts.
Illustrate ideas through storyboards, process flows, user journeys and sitemaps.
Deliver interactive ideas through prototyping.
Prepare design assets for the development team.
Design UI elements according to design and user guidelines.
Execute tasks and processes that shape our products while emphasizing the importance of design and user experience.
Participating in key internal meetings including weekly status updates and planning.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Possess a strong portfolio of related projects.
Have a good understanding of Design Thinking.
Familiar with Design Systems and its applications.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your thoughts with an ability to present ideas and concepts clearly.
Exceptional creative flair and innovative thinking are an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential.
Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
