Job Description

Daily tasks but not limited to these:

-Work with the commercial team and business development managers to collect clients insights. 

-Interview existing and potential clients to get feedback about the product features/ services and relay the same to the customer engagement team and product team 

-Cross functional role with the sale - customer success - product management team. 

-Help teams in collection of data via emails/ messaging clients/ developing questionnaire.
