This internship will provide meaningful exposure to key HR functions, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement. The intern will work closely with the HR Planning Team on key initiatives that support the organisation’s rewards strategies, particularly in the aspect of Industrial Relations, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on the terms documented in Collective Agreements to assess competitiveness with other unionised companies in Singapore.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including curating content on mental well-being resources for employees.
Gain exposure to any other ad-hoc projects, to enhance HR effectiveness should the opportunity arise.
Requirements:
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship.
Minimum qualifications of ‘A’ Levels, or are currently pursuing a diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.
Have an interest in research and analytics. The ability to tell stories with data in a clear and impactful way will be a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
