Job Description
The Job
- You will support the HR Talent Management team with the administration of the day-to-day operations for internships and scholarships.
- You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: coordinating and scheduling interviews and administering tests
- You will coordinate internship placements and process the onboarding documents
- Other HR-related administrative tasks may be assigned from time to time
- Work on HR ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- At least a Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite
- Resourceful, a team player and able to multi-task in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
